AI enhancement

Choose 2× or 4× neural upscaling with Quality or Balanced processing. Runs on your device; your image is not uploaded. Up to 4 million input pixels and 20 million output pixels. Auto selects a neural model for your image size without reducing its dimensions.

Processing quality

Auto uses Quality for small images and Balanced for larger images. Both use neural upscaling. Quality uses a larger 30 MB model and can take several minutes; Balanced uses a smaller local model.

Are images uploaded?

No. Editing and exporting happen on your device. Images up to 30 MB and 20 million pixels are supported when your browser can decode them. Animated images use one still frame.

Can I change my edits later?

Adjustments keep the original image intact during this session. Text remains editable until export. Optional presets, sharpness, noise smoothing, shadow and highlight adjustments, warmth, tint and output scaling are available. Export produces a flattened image; it does not preserve editable layers.

How does AI enhancement work?

Choose a high-quality ESRGAN Thick model or the faster Balanced model. The 2×/4× neural model runs locally on your device. It accepts up to 4 million input pixels and 20 million output pixels. Auto chooses Quality for small images and Balanced for larger ones, preserving the input dimensions. Active processing is no longer stopped after three minutes. Quality can take several minutes on older devices; Cancel stops it immediately. Current edits are included. AI can generate inaccurate detail; inspect the result. Balanced model files come from TypeShift; Quality model files are downloaded from jsDelivr. Your image stays on your device.

Which files can I save?

Save as PNG, JPG or WebP. PNG and WebP can preserve transparency. JPG uses the selected background color. Compare the original, preview the exported file and check its size before saving.
